The Full Moon 満月

I think that the last Wednesday was the full moon night.

These two pictures were taken about three months ago.
I was super busy at that time, and I was stressed out... So, I decided to go surf even for a half hour before the sun set.
Although I could not catch as many waves as I wanted, I felt really good after the surf session at the Ho'okipa Beach. As I drove out of the parking lot, I saw this full moon!
I was so mesmerized with its beauty and could not move for a couple of seconds. I pulled over my car and took these pictures. I cannot not express how much I was touched by it and felt the presence of the Universe. I almost shouted, "I love Maui!!!!"

確か水曜日が満月だったはず・・。

これら二枚の写真は三ヶ月くらい前の満月の日に撮りました。
その頃はすごく忙しくて、ストレスも結構溜まっておりました・・。そこで私はたとえ30分でもと、サーフィンをしに行きました。
それほど波をキャッチすることが出来ませんでしたが、ホオキパビーチでのサーフセッションは、私をリフレッシュしてくれて気分が良くなりました。そして駐車場から出てくるときにこの満月を見たのです！
私はもうその美しさに魅了されて数秒動くことが出来ませんでした。息を止める美しさとはこのこと。車を路肩に止めて写真を撮ったのです。その眺めにどれだけ感動して、宇宙の偉大さとその存在を身に沁みたのか、上手く表現出来ませんが、とにかく、「アイ　ラブ　マウイー！」と叫びたかった。
マウイよ、その美しさを毎日私たちとシェアしてくれてありがとう。
